Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling and using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Hooper Cleaning Company provides residential cleaning services including:

  • Deep house cleaning
  • Regular maintenance cleaning
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Specialty cleaning services

All services are performed according to industry standards and our company protocols.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.

Rescheduling: We accommodate rescheduling requests when possible, subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Accepted Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for:

  • Excessive clutter or cleaning required beyond standard service
  • Special requests not included in the original service agreement
  • Cleaning that requires more time than estimated

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring access to the property for service delivery
  • Securing or removing valuable items and personal belongings
  • Informing us of any specific areas requiring special attention
  • Ensuring pets are secured during service hours

6. Our Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer:

  • Satisfaction guarantee on all cleaning services
  • Return service at no additional charge if not satisfied
  • Professional and trained cleaning staff
  • Use of professional-grade cleaning equipment and supplies

7. Insurance and Liability

Hooper Cleaning Company maintains comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property. We are not responsible for:

  • Items damaged due to pre-existing conditions
  • Damage to fragile or valuable items not properly secured
  • Items lost due to clutter or disorganization

8. Property Access

Customers must ensure adequate access to their property. If we cannot gain access at the scheduled time, a service call charge may apply.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. We do not share customer information with third parties.

10. Service Area

Our primary service area includes Hilliard, FL and surrounding communities within 25 miles. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our primary service area.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to their next scheduled service.
