We clean all standard areas of your home including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and stairs. We also clean interior of appliances, windowsills, and baseboards. However, we don't clean inside the oven, wash laundry, move heavy furniture, or clean areas requiring specialized equipment.

No, you don't need to be home! We're happy to clean while you're away. We'll need access to your home, which you can provide by leaving a key with a trusted neighbor, using a lockbox, or giving us a spare key. We'll lock up when we leave and can even turn off lights and adjust the thermostat if you prefer.

We bring all our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. We primarily use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family and pets. If you prefer we use specific products or have allergies, just let us know during your consultation.

Cleaning time varies based on your home's size and condition. A typical home takes 2-4 hours for regular maintenance cleaning. Deep cleanings and move-in/move-out cleanings may take 4-6 hours or more. We'll provide an estimated time when we schedule your service.

We move lightweight items to clean under and around them, but we don't move heavy furniture or large appliances. We'll clean around items that are too heavy to move safely. If you want areas under furniture cleaned, please move those items before we arrive or let us know during scheduling so we can plan accordingly.

Our pricing varies based on your home's size, condition, and specific services needed. Typical pricing ranges: Regular cleaning $80-150, Deep cleaning $150-300, Move-in/move-out $200-400. We provide free estimates after a brief consultation about your specific needs.

We typically charge by the job rather than by the hour, which gives you price certainty. The final price is based on an assessment of your home's size, condition, and specific requirements. Hourly rates may apply for special requests or very large homes.

We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance for recurring clients.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for weekly service, 7% for bi-weekly service, and 5% for monthly service. We also offer special promotions throughout the year, so call us to learn about current deals.

No hidden fees! The price we quote includes all cleaning supplies, equipment, and travel within our service area. The only additional charges might be for special requests not included in the standard service, excessive clutter, or locations outside our primary service area.

We recommend scheduling at least 1-2 weeks in advance for regular service, especially during busy periods. However, we often have availability for sooner appointments, so it's always worth calling us even for shorter notice requests.

We offer services Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We don't offer Sunday service. We can usually accommodate morning or afternoon appointments based on your preference.

If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid charges. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations after our team has been dispatched may result in the full service charge.

While we can't guarantee same-day service, we'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests when possible. Emergency or same-day cleanings may incur an additional fee. It's best to call us as early as possible in the day.

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. This protects both you and our team members in case of accidents or damage. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and all our team members are thoroughly background-checked.

We guarantee your satisfaction! If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

While we take great care with your belongings, accidents can happen. If we accidentally damage something, we'll work with you to make it right. Our insurance covers accidental damage. However, we're not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions or fragile items not properly secured.

We observe major holidays and don't typically provide service on those days. If a holiday falls on your regular service day, we'll reschedule to the next available day or your preferred day that week.
